ZAMBOANGA HERMOSA FESTIVAL

A new water sports event in the country participated by international body boarders. This is a world series event organize by the International Bodyboarders Association.

ANA KALANG FESTIVAL (Agri Fair)
October 18 – 22 | Nagcarlan, Laguna
A roster-full of activities highlighting an agri-fair that exhibits the town’s bountiful harvest.
October 20- October 24 | Camiguin
A street dancing extravaganza featuring Camiguin”s favorite fruit – the Lanzones.
MASSKARA FESTIVAL & BACOLOD CHARTER DAY CELEBRATION
October 19 | Bacolod City
Their biggest annual event that reflect the Bacoleños love for fun & gaiety. Coinciding with the city’s Charter Day celebration, the festival features carnivals, fairs and a mardi-gras style by costumed and masked street dancers. This is also a celebration of the founding anniversary of Bacolod City. There are programs, float parade and Masskara Festival.
LEYTE GULF LANDING ANNIVERSARY
October 20 | Dulag and Palo, Leyte
Commemorates the landing of Gen. Douglas MacArthur on the shores of Palo, Leyte to liberate the Philippines from the Japanese occupation.
CATANDUNGAN “PADAYAW” FESTIVAL
October 21- September 23 | Catanduanes
Celebration of the province’s founding anniversary, and a tribute to its founder, to continuously remind the people of Catanduanes of the province’s independence from the province of Albay. Main features: street dance – Pantomina, beauty pageant, agro-trade fair, sports events, guided tours, photo exhibits, and more.

A festival depicting Bicol’s early beginning as portrayed by
the characteristics in the epic entitled- IBALONG.
PHIL. NURSES CELEBRATION AND NURSES IN’L CONVENTION
October 26- October 28 | Zamboanga City
An estimated 800-1000 nurses from all over the Philippines and from abroad will convene in Zamboanga City
October 26- October 28 | Banaybanay, Davao Oriental
A thanksgiving celebration giving tribute to the town’s main product.

Activities include agro-trade fair and civic military parade in Mati, capital town of Davao Oriental.
TIGITIGAN AT TARAKAN KENG DALAN
October 28- October 29 | Balibago, Angeles City
The celebration of Fiestang Kuliat culminates with the ever popular TIGITIGAN, TERAKAN KENG DALAN which features singing and dancing in the street.
October 29- October 30 | Roxas City
A festival organized by Dugo Capiznon, Inc. determined to change the negative notion of Capiz being an Aswang haven and turn it into an advantage. The festival intends to eclipse the aswang impression with the world-class quality of Capiz’ seafood products and warm captivating hospitality of the Capicenos.
HINUGYAW SA ANILAO
October 31 | Anilao, Iloilo
This is a celebration of the separation of Anilao from Banate, which also features various sports and cultural activities.
October 31 | Angeles City
Celebration begin with several masses at the Holy Rosary parish church after which the faithful kiss the feet of the Image of the Reclining Christ
